Slam1. The service
SlamDone is a productivity workspace designed to help users connect long-term goals with projects, tasks, focus, planning, reflection, and other organizational tools. Features may change, improve, be added, or be removed as the product develops.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these Terms to use SlamDone. Some supported features can be used without an account. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your sign-in method, device, and account access, and for activity conducted through your account.
3. Guest mode and local data
Guest mode may store workspace information only on your browser or device. Local data can be lost if you clear browser or application data, uninstall software, reset a device, or otherwise lose access to local storage. You are responsible for maintaining any copies or exports you consider important.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse SlamDone or interfere with its operation. This includes attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, introducing malicious code, abusing service resources, bypassing security controls, using the service in violation of law, or using SlamDone in a way that infringes the rights of others.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create or enter into SlamDone. You give SlamDone only the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, transmit, sync, display, back up, and otherwise handle that content to provide and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that content you place in SlamDone is lawful and that you have the necessary rights to use it.
6. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use SlamDone and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7. Third-party services
SlamDone may rely on or integrate with third-party services such as Google, Apple, Firebase, operating-system services, browsers, app stores, and other infrastructure providers. Their separate terms and policies may apply to your use of those services. SlamDone is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.
8. Beta and evolving features
SlamDone may make beta, preview, experimental, or early-access features available. These features may be incomplete, change without notice, contain errors, or be discontinued. Do not rely on beta functionality as the sole copy of information that is critical to you.
9. Fees and future paid features
SlamDone may offer free features and may introduce paid plans or paid features in the future. If a paid offering is introduced, applicable pricing and purchase terms will be presented before you are charged. We will not charge you merely because these Terms change.
10. Intellectual property
SlamDone, including its product design, software, branding, logos, visual identity, documentation, and other materials provided by us, is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you, SlamDone retains its rights in the service and related materials.
11. Availability and changes
We aim to keep SlamDone available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may perform maintenance, change infrastructure, modify features, limit access when necessary for security or legal reasons, or discontinue parts of the service.
12. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlamDone is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or that use of the service will produce any specific productivity, business, financial, educational, health, or other outcome.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlamDone and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations may not apply to you in full.
14. Suspension or termination
You may stop using SlamDone at any time. We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address security threats, legal requirements, serious violations of these Terms, or conduct that harms the service or other users.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as SlamDone evolves. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
