1. Information we collect
Account and authentication information
If you create or use an account, we may receive information needed to authenticate you, such as your email address, display name, profile image, authentication provider, and a unique account identifier. When you use Google or Apple sign-in, those providers handle the sign-in process and share only the account information you authorize.
Workspace content
When you are signed in and use cloud sync, SlamDone may store the content you choose to create in the service, such as goals, milestones, projects, tasks, focus records, habits, journal or reflection entries, calendar-related planning information, and app preferences.
Guest and local data
You can use supported versions of SlamDone without signing in. Guest workspace data is stored locally in your browser or device rather than being associated with a cloud account, unless you later choose to sign in and use supported sync or migration features.
Usage and technical information
We may collect limited technical and usage information needed to operate, secure, understand, and improve SlamDone, including app version, platform, device or browser type, feature interactions, session information, and error or performance information. SlamDone does not intentionally include the text content of your tasks, goals, journal entries, habits, or similar workspace content in optional usage analytics.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and improve SlamDone, authenticate users, sync signed-in workspaces across supported devices, preserve preferences, maintain security, diagnose technical problems, understand product usage, communicate about the service, and comply with legal obligations.
3. Services that help operate SlamDone
SlamDone uses service providers that may process information on our behalf. Depending on the feature and platform, these can include Google Firebase services such as Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Analytics, as well as Google Sign-In and Apple Sign in with Apple. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices in addition to our instructions and configuration.
4. How information is stored
Signed-in data may be stored in cloud services used by SlamDone so that supported devices can access the same account workspace. SlamDone also uses local browser or device storage for offline capability, performance, settings, and guest workspaces. Clearing browser or app data may remove locally stored guest information.
5. When information may be shared
We may share information with service providers that are necessary to run SlamDone, when required by law or valid legal process, to protect the security or rights of users and the service, or as part of a business reorganization where legally permitted. We do not sell your personal information for money.
6. Your choices and controls
- You may use supported guest mode without creating an account.
- You can sign out of your account at any time.
- You can remove locally stored guest data by clearing SlamDone site or application data on your device.
- You can delete individual workspace items using available product controls.
- You can request help with account or data deletion by contacting us at the email below.
- You can manage permissions granted to Google or Apple through the privacy and security settings provided by those services.
7. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide SlamDone, maintain legitimate business and security records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Local guest data remains on the relevant device or browser until it is removed by the user, the application, or the browser or operating system.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information. No internet, cloud, browser, or device storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so users should also protect their devices and account credentials.
9. Children
SlamDone is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to SlamDone, contact us so we can review the situation.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as SlamDone evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date on this page and may provide additional notice when appropriate.
